Basic Payroll came into existence after the purchase of Payquest.com and partners with BASIC Benefits to provide administrative support to their payroll clients

2005

Basic Payroll adds Timekeeping and Timeclocks solutions to their Payroll Plus offering

2010

Payroll moves to the Evolution platform to better service clients and their needs with their Payroll Plus offering

2015

Basic Payroll launches a Human Capital Management (HCM) component of Payroll Plus to complement the core Payroll and Tax-filing services

2016

Basic Payroll merges with Gatekeeper Business Solutions to offer SaaS Payroll and Timekeeping solutions

2019

Basic Payroll partners with TASC to provide administration and back-end support for their Payroll and Timekeeping clients

2021

Basic Payroll services over 1,500 clients with 37,000 employees nationally
